Pros

Company allows employees to work remotely.

Cons

I spent many years with this company and, at one time, it was genuinely a fun and collaborative environment. The culture was built on teamwork, camaraderie, and mutual respect, and even though the compensation was never competitive, the people made it worthwhile. There was a sense of belonging that made the job enjoyable. Unfortunately, that all changed with the arrival of a new CEO. Since their appointment, the company has undergone a dramatic cultural decline. Multiple rounds of layoffs have significantly impacted morale, and many long-standing, respected leaders were let go with no transparency. Expectations have increased across the board without corresponding support or compensation, leaving many employees overworked and undervalued. What was once a supportive workplace now feels disjointed and demoralizing, with many team members expressing feelings of being neglected or unheard. It's disappointing to see a once-promising company take such a turn and I'm not sure what the future holds for Logical Position.

Pros

1 training - LP gives you all the tools to succeed early — from LPU (Logical Position University) to hands-on coaching from other reps on your team and managers. I felt well-prepared stepping into outbound sales, even without much previous experience in digital marketing. 2 - culture. Probably the strongest aspect. The team genuinely wants to help each other. Managers and peers celebrate wins and offer support when things get tough. 3 quota - unlike other sales roles i've had the expectations here are black-and-white. You always know where you stand in terms of pacing and promotion

Cons

1 - Cold calling day after day can feel monotonous. While you learn a lot, the repetition of the outreach cycle can get mentally draining if you don’t find ways to stay engaged. 2 - PTO is fair, but taking time off as a newer BDR without impacting pace can be a challenge.

Pros

Collaborative team, strong training, clear career path, and management that really cares.

Cons

Work load can be a lot during leading up to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but still doable.
