Pros
I really like the people I work with and I think my direct manager does a good job of keeping us motivated. There have been a lot of positive leadership changes in other departments but ours felt like it was on the backburner and things were really starting to feel stagnant. That just changed and there seems to be more of a plan for us. I'm actually excited and optimistic for the first time in a while.
Cons
Lately it felt like upper management was keeping us from moving forward with the rest of the company, but I've worked with this new leadership team before and I think that is going to be different now, so not really a con unless it's just business as usual for us.
