Pros

- Very transparent in terms of individual expectations, requirements, goals, and opportunities - Continually changing, adapting, and pivoting and doing so in a very proactive way (this company's leadership isn't waiting for change to come, it's looking 5 years down the road and making changes now to be ahead by then) - Pay has continued to improve; nothing is ever perfect and they know it. They're very open to making tweaks to models that allow for growth and additional compensation based on merit. - There is a ton of support, assistance, and opportunity to grow and develop. You are working remotely but not on an island. - Culture is great; again, it's mainly remote work but Teams chats are always popping and there are numerous opportunities to meet for both educational and fun purposes.

Cons

- The industry is evolving at a rapid pace and keeping up as an employee is hard work. You definitely need to do more than the bare minimum to be successful here and keep up with the changes. I don't think that's a con of the company, but if you're looking for a role where things are very steady and changes are at a minimum, this probably isn't the industry to be in.

Pros

Thorough onboarding and ongoing sales training that actually teaches the “why,” not just the “how.” Managers who jump on coaching calls and celebrate wins with the team. Upbeat, collaborative culture—lots of high-energy teammates who make hitting goals fun.

Cons

It’s a high-volume role; during busy stretches you’ll be dialing and emailing non-stop, which can be an adjustment if you’re new to inside sales. Minor tech hiccups now and then (CRM integrations or home-office internet) can slow things down, but IT is responsive and fixes issues fast.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for almost 5 years now, and I started in sales with zero experience in this industry. Since then, I’ve learned so much, not just about digital marketing, but also about how to grow in a place that gives people real opportunities. One of the things I’ve always appreciated is how often the company promotes from within. That’s how I was able to move into my current role as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. A lot of our leadership started in entry-level sales too, and on my current team, all of our leaders have been here for 7+ years, which I feel like says a lot. In my role, I focus on making sure our sales practices are ethical and that we’re always providing quality care to both prospective and current clients. I think that says a lot about the company itself. Two of our core values are transparency and integrity, and I honestly feel like the work I do is a direct reflection of those. Outside of the day-to-day, what’s kept me here is the way the company treats people. I truly love working with my team. One example that really stood out to me was when I needed bereavement time—I felt fully supported not only by my personal team and leadership, but by the company as a whole. I’ve built strong relationships here and have never worked anywhere that made it so easy to just be myself. There’s no pressure to hide your personal life or act a certain way to “fit in.” We also have volunteer time, solid maternity and paternity benefits, team bonding events, and award ceremonies that make everyone feel seen—even for those of us who work remotely, like I do. I feel valued, supported, and genuinely excited to continue building a long-term career here.

Cons

The only downside for me personally is that I’m not located near any of our office locations. I work remotely and really appreciate the flexibility, but our offices always seem like a fun place to be. The people who do work in-office seem really close, and there’s a great vibe. Sometimes I wish I had the option to pop in and be part of that in-person energy from time to time.
