Pros

great training, great middle management, remote work.

Cons

DAILY 7:30AM role call meetings... seems like 90% of the time it's just fluff and wastes our time. you can do well for a long time (me), have an off quarter, then you're suddenly on PIP and they want you out. Felt like just a number when I left. Low starting pay (almost laughable), BUT if you're good at what you do, you can build a great book of business and can make good money. They give all the inbound leads to top performers - I get it, they deserve it, but they clearly don't NEED it as much as other reps who do well, but perhaps are having a streak of bad luck.

Pros

Logical Position has a great work environment and really cares about its employees! The Creative Team here at LP is super warm and welcoming and helped me feel fully supported. They trained me well and always considered my bandwidth. The communication was very open and honest, which really made me feel like my voice mattered. The work-life balance is very good, and the benefits overall are pretty decent too. I also appreciate the events they put on, and the community engagement like Work-In-Wednesdays!

Cons

The main downside to my job here at LP is the pay. This is my first full-time corporate job out of college, and I understand that graphic design is not a very well-paid field. However, the pay I accepted when I got hired was not ideal. Hopefully, over time, the pay will improve, but at the moment, that is the one major downside and something that I hope the company improves upon over time.
