      Pros

      LP has the best culture of any business I've ever worked for and prioritizes nurturing new employees. The company is really supportive and positive. It's just a fun place to work. My editing work is always interesting, the people are fantastic, and the atmosphere is creative and collaborative. LP is a strong supporter of work/life balance, and I love being able to work remotely but also come into the office for the social aspect whenever I want. Above all, I feel valued here.

      At my level, I'd prefer to be salary, not hourly.

      There isn't much to say positively, but you work with talented individuals.

      Cons

      There is a lot, but I won't go in too much. Honestly, the remote environment was great, but pay was low, and they keep making performance changes that affect advancement severely. More tasks get added on, people who get hired six months in get promoted before someone who has been working hard for years to get out of entry level. There's also no real ways to actually make the role feel fulfilling. They offer things to do but then nothing goes through.
