Pros
Logical Position truly takes their values to heart. They strive to be dynamic, fun, driven, transparent, collaborative, and show integrity from every level and position in the company. The fact that these values are so well accomplished is what makes me love this company so much. Everyone is valued, seen, heard, and supported in all aspects. LP leadership also strives to provide some really great and cost effective benefits to their employees as well as resources via an Employee Assistance Program that shows how much they value work-life balance. Additionally, the fact that I am able to work from home has helped me with ensuring my children are able to get to and from school without my having to find outside resources, like a babysitter or after-school program. I am really appreciative of LP, the culture, and the values that they embody. Working in the HR department has also made me privy to how wonderfully diverse and inclusive our company is! There are no biases when it comes to promotions or opportunities. Logical Position is a rare gem of a company that I count myself lucky to be a part of.
Cons
Wages. I did take a $4/hour paycut from my last company. However, it was worth it for me so that I could work for such a great company after reading all of these wonderful reviews.
