Pros

My managers were super supportive; they really took the time to train and help me grow. This role is a perfect stepping stone if you want to enter SEM. I learned a lot about digital advertising campaigns and am getting a lot of hits on my resume after having this role.

Cons

It's a small company with lots of competition. Clients can sometimes be rude, but usually, team leads will not let that happen. But they did, so that was not fun to deal with. Data systems were far behind and did not work half the time. The company just seemed cheap. CRM was also very out of date.

Pros

Wfh, but they don’t allow you to travel at all without approval.

Cons

Most everything. The title itself is a lie; this is a full-cycle sales job, including lead generation, but they pay less than most places pay for a true PROSPECTING bdr role, $40-$60k total y1 pay. Just find any sales job where they at least bother to take care of lead generation, or where they will at least give you the title of AE and something close to AE-level pay for being full cycle, and you’ll be much better off. This position is a predatory ripoff meant to squeeze productivity from naive, early-career professionals while minimizing pay beyond what is reasonable or ethical. Terrible, god-awful company and position.
