Pros

Some of these negative reviews simply aren’t true in my personal reality. It’s base pay plus un-capped commissions and residuals. Anyone who complains about the pressure. The calls or the pay simply isn’t cut out for this kind of job. I don’t have to make that many calls because I’m good at prospecting. No one breaths down my next so I feel a lot of freedom in how I spend my day. The training is two weeks long and very thorough. Felt very well prepared. A lot of help at your disposal constantly. As for the upper end management problems I haven’t experienced anything personally. Just really nothing but a great experience my 8 months working here so far!

Cons

If I have to pick something… I’d say it would be nice to have health insurance with lower deductible when adding dependents. PLEASE. Health insurance with the company is great if it’s just for you. When adding kids it is like a gun shot wound.

Pros

I've worked at LP for several years, and this company not only excels in providing top-notch service to its clients but also truly values its employees. Over the years, we've experienced steady growth, constantly adapting to the evolving market, while maintaining a flexible work environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Our new CEO, Eric Scriven, has made a big difference too. He took the time to sit down with everyone in my department to get our feedback on how to make things better for us. They’ve already raised our pay, and provided a clear path to moving up. It's clear that upper management really cares about making this a great place to work. I couldn’t speak more highly of LP— we are growing fast and I’m proud to be a part of the company’s journey!

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have any major cons to mention. Of course, no company is perfect, but the great thing about LP is that they’re always open to feedback and are constantly making improvements. The leadership team really listens to employees, so any challenges that do come up are addressed quickly.

Pros

Fun Work Environment, Cool Office, Great Training, Free Food, Great Place to Start Digital Marketing Career

Cons

-Annual Raise Frequency is Trash (every two years), so you don't outpace inflation. Dependent on bonus/commissions to make a decent wage. -If you get stuck with poor SMB clients that nobody else can work with, they add on dead weight to your client book and lowers your earnings ceiling. Some people are making $70k -80k per year and others are making over $100k.
