Pros

The culture and management at LP are the company’s strongest assets. Marisa Magatelli was an exceptional manager, and her team was genuinely connected and motivated. The systems are easy to use, and incentives like games and prizes were fun.

Cons

The training program needs more depth. At times, it feels like new hires learn by trial and error instead of being fully prepared to talk to clients. There’s also a mismatch between what they can control (booked demos) and what determines success (closed sales), which can make performance goals feel unfair.

Pros

NONE. Absolutely nothing redeemable about this company.

Cons

I was scolded for talking about salary, which I've heard is not the first time this has happened at the company. It's illegal (thank you, Obama) and created a horrific place to work after the incident. They are the most phony bunch of people, preaching "teamwork" and "integrity," but behind closed doors laugh at the employees and truly watch for ways to get rid of you. Any reason to punish you is their main priority, instead of prioritizing work and the clients we serve. I have hated every moment working for Logical Position and really hope anyone reading this avoids applying or being employed by the men-centric, fake, unethical company that it is.
