      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Very growth minded environment. Work from home flexibility is a huge plus. Management is very open to hearing new ideas about how to improve job role efficiencies and client communication. I always feel heard when voicing my ideas!

      Cons

      Overall great company, especially if you're looking to grow from an entry-level position. Competitive salary is a continuous work in progress.

      work life balance is great, remote work, friendly staff, everyone willing to help and help you succeed

      Cons

      Its a bit hard to create employee bonding time since its a remote job, i wish there was a way we could all meet up once a year to do a team bonding instead of doing it virtually
