      Pros

      Very few pros unfortunately. Remote work Early release

      Cons

      If you enjoy 30 minute breaks, very little training, and being micromanaged then this is the place for you. You are rarely given the proper training to be successful and when you do look to complete training outside of business hours, you are told not to do so. They'll say maybe sales isn't right for you but their entire process isn't designed for you to be successful. Constantly under a microscope, when it comes to doing what you signed up for.

      Great team members, flexibility with a work from home schedule, pay is pretty good

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t care about individual employees. One minute they’re bragging about how well the company is doing, the next they’re laying people off. Our team leads were asked to submit names of people they’d be most okay with losing. All of us are pretty afraid for our jobs, not a lot of transparency about how many rounds of layoffs there will be or why people were chosen. I hate feeling like I have to compete with my coworkers to keep my job, and morale is very low right now. Workloads hve also dramatically increased over the past year. Feels like we’re all drowning and corporate just sees us all as replaceable numbers. Really disappointing
