Pros

Remote, good training, and good hours

Cons

Your peers are constantly getting fired on a bi-weekly basis and are replaced within days. There is zero company culture, as it isn't worth getting to know your colleagues considering they will likely be terminated just a month or two down the road and the base pay and commission structure is little to nothing.

Toxic and Abusive Environment

Pros

You can be overworked, but at least stay at home while doing so.

Cons

I don’t have the energy to write everything that happened to me while working here. Plus if I wrote it in detail I’m sure management would threaten me. That’s their go to. At the end of the day this company is one of the most toxic and abusive tech companies I have ever experienced in my career. You are considered a number. You are expected to work like a robot and hold your weight all the time no matter what. You are given an unreasonable book size and promised promotions to keep you going. In reality every year the bonuses will change so 99% of the employees will make less or have to work to an unreasonable degree to make ends meet. There is no inflation pay, so in two years time your salary for the amount of work is a joke. They create algorithms for bonuses that are impossible to achieve because the types of businesses they let in will automatically quit and you will be punished for it. The amount of blatant lies, abuses of power, and illegal actions I have experienced from upper management alone is ridiculous. Everyone I know that has worked at LP or still does has a story. Please if you care at all about your sanity find somewhere else to work.

One of a Kind

Pros

This is the company you only hear myths about - people actually enjoying their jobs, employees getting treated with respect and care, a company that values the people who put their blood sweat and tears into their day to day yet will get "lectured" to log off if you work too much because work life balance actually matters here. Its the dream culture you think doesn't exist but here it does People complain about positions being entry level or the start of a department track - if you asked me years ago, I might have complained about that too. Until you realize its the best way to work your way up to higher positions because you actually LEARN the ins and outs of a department and it grows your experience in the best of ways. Its the kind of company that you matter, you have many opportunities to grow and develop, and you don't dread logging on Monday morning. Believe the hype, this company is great

Cons

The company is still working on competitive wages
