Pros

My coworkers and the entire staff are wonderful. The company culture is one of the main reasons why I love going to work everyday. Everyone is supportive and wants to help each other succeed, grow, and achieve their goals. My manager is out of this world amazing - Has been there to support me from day one and has helped me continue to learn about everything AdWords. Breakfast every Wednesday & Taco Tuesdays! LP is always there to support their clients. They truly care about the well-being and success of all who work with them. It's a great feeling to know you are helping small and medium sized businesses grow and succeed. The work you are doing is truly beneficial and wonderful for every client. Great opportunity for growth within the company if you are driven and motivated!

Cons

If you are starting entry-level at the company the pay is minimal.

Pros

-Great work/life balance--never work weekends and core hours are 7a-3:30p for sales reps. You still have time to yourself after work and never take work home with you. Unless you want to continue your own education, that is! -Awesome co-workers--I enjoy all of my co-workers and upper management. When the work day is tough, this is what makes it a breeze. -Corporate culture--Breakfast on Wednesdays, morning and afternoon sales meetings, company kickball team, the list goes on. While the position can get draining at times, the office vibe brings me back. -Fun incentives--Uncapped commission, Google swag, multiple monthly sales competitions for things like: 60in Samsung Smart TVs, tablets, gift cards, even a trip to the World Cup!, etc. -Growth opportunities--They definitely reward people who perform well and want to retain good employees. There are plenty of growth opportunities for motivated employees. This is a benefit of working for a rapidly growing company: there are positions that they don't need yet but will become necessary as they grow larger.

Cons

-The sales position sometimes takes people a little while to get the hang of, especially if you have never done sales or cold calling before. However, they give you more than enough time/opportunities to improve/adjust before reviewing you. So if you are used to seeing immediate success at most things, be prepared to put in a couple weeks before you're a pro. -Company is growing rapidly, and experiences those growing pains from time to time.

Pros

I love the schedule. Monday through Friday and we get off at 3:30. You have the entire afternoon to do whatever you need to - go to the bank, play sports, go to school, etc. There are spiffs for the reps to help motivate them every pay period/monthly, including money, Google gear, and trips paid for all by Google. As long as you are constant in sales, it is very easy to make good money per pay period as well as over a period of time. We are looking to grow so the opportunity to be promoted is definitely tangible. Consistency is key as it is in any sales job.

Cons

Many people smoke cigarettes but they do a good job of smoking away from the building so they don't get the smell inside.
