- Very competitive compensation and benefits packages. - Executive Leadership makes decisions backed by logic and analysis of real metrics. - Stride to grow employees internally and offering advancement opportunities. - Adequate resources to meet goals and deliverables. Many layers of support for sales, technical resources. - Corporate goals are attainable and realistic. - Collaborative environment working with multiple groups.

Cons

Growth sometimes produces uncertainty and disorganization but usually only temporarily. Growth shows overall health of the organization and is a good problem to have though.

The new Executive Team has positioned Logicalis to compete against anyone. Their new approach to hiring, developing, and managing people has many employees here excited about having along term and fulfilling future with the company.

Cons

All of the new initiatives that Logicalis is putting in place wont happen over night and will just take some time.
