Pros

Big company yet small company feel. Ability to interact with VP, CFO, CTO on a personal basis. Excellent work atmosphere.

Cons

Lack of room for growth. After 2 years of being in an outside sales role, I had become somewhat stagnant in that position with no room for lateral or vertical movement.

Pros

There is a good data centre in Slough adjacent to the HQ building , salary and benefits are ok and typical for the industry.

Cons

Project orientated and so very short-term in outlook. Service to customers quite poor. Departments work in isolation and often in conflict which is exacerbated by poor leadership.
