Pros

Rewarding work in an environment with many leading-edge technologies such as AI and Cloud Devlopment. Many opportunities for career development as continuous learning is strongly supported and encouraged and promotions happen mostly from within the organization. The organizational culture is very inclusive, starting at the highest levels of the company with mutual respect and appreciation for diversity built-in. Great work-life balance and flexibility. Modern, newly renovated workspace. Bi-annual voluntary employee participation in community programs on company time.

Cons

Resources are insufficient in some areas of the business, making some tasks difficult to be completed effectively.

I truly enjoy my work environment and all my fellow employees. This company gives you the freedom to do your job without micromanaging and listens to your opinions.

Cons

Needs to be more communication between R&D and Support to truly understand the correlation between support, R&D, and our client's needs.
