Pros

A leader in our space with great people and a strong team atmosphere. A culture of accountability, curiosity, passion, and teamwork that supports their employees. The company knows that it is not perfect and is working to be better in areas where it has struggled. There is a focus on making our clients successful which ultimately circles around and makes us successful.

Cons

We are in a season of change (for the better), Change can be messy, but can also be the best thing for an organization.

Startup Mentality With Global Workload

Pros

Pay is at or above market, most people you meet are very nice, flexible schedule and hybrid office days

Cons

No onboarding (like absolutely none -I was required to come into office but nobody was there so IT setup, benefit set up/elections, even figuring out who was in HR to ask questions as I wasn't given a company directory etc.), benefits are astronomically expensive, 401k match and PTO are subpar (especially for a company of this size), no work-life balance. You will most likely be working late nights and weekends and if you take even one day off you will come back to 200+ emails

Great work/life balance, good pay and benefits, very stable, nice people, a good service with loyal customers. Not the kind of job where you get in and out quickly. They expect you to stay for the long-term. Recommended if you’re looking for a stable paycheck (in addition to the other pros listed above).

Cons

Communication from management isn’t as great as I would like.
