Great team and colleagues. Individual office. Flex time. Work life balance.

Cons

Outdated technology. Building and facilities must improve. Poor Performance Evaluation system. Made employee sign agreement to repay recruitment fees if he/she chooses to leave before a year of employment. Passive aggressive supervisor who beats around the bush. Not willing to embrace newer technologies and methodologies.

I have been working at Logility for a decade. As far as software companies go, this is the best one to work for from a Account Executive perspective.

Cons

The company is not the largest software company and because people tend to stay a long time, it can be hard to get promoted.
