A good culture within all areas of the company. Many people within the organization have been there for 5-10 plus years. The solutions are very solid.

Logility demonstrates appreciation for customers and employees, delivers high value to customers, and cares more about customer success than any company I’ve worked for. I love working for Logility, it’s the best company I’ve been a part of. I have autonomy and am empowered to represent Logility while working with our customers. As a result I feel appreciated by Logility and by our customers. I am able to maintain a good work life balance, despite traveling most of the time. Logility operates on a model of respect and trust, both internally and externally. The company is also financially stable which is very reassuring. It starts with great leadership at the top of the organization. Our software is second to none, and so are our people!
