Pros

The majority of the people are very nice and are knowledgable.

Cons

There is absolutely no room for growth but you will be told that you will be advancing. They don't offer additional training outside of what you bring in so there is no opportunities to go up or improve yourself. The office can be very catty. There are no raises or bonuses given and you have to be with the company an absurd amount of time to receive more vacation time.

Pros

Longevity, people generally positive and hardworking group of individuals. Good set of products and support group helps internally and externally, which overall makes the job easier.

Cons

Some management is bad, curse you out for no reason other than to show who is boss, not much leadership and inconsistent.

Pros

Found that they really do what is right for their customer. If you look at the reviews they get from customers you see that it is really positive. Now I see why.. In meetings I hear not how do we get by, but how can we excel with our customers and improve the tool we offer. Great people that have been there a long time. Almost unheard of in the software industry.

Cons

Traffic into the office can be very hard to time things right. The Buckhead area is great, but too expensive to live close.
