Pros

Logility is keen on work-life balance and a flexible schedule. There also appears to be a lot of growth in the future road-map.

Cons

There have been a lot of organizational changes which has created some shifts in reporting and processes. I believe we're headed in the right direction but we still have a ways to go.

Cons

Bonus structure not clearly defined for leadership, not really calculable, you just have to do your best and hope you get it.
