      Pros

      Company has the strongest Service Level Agreement in the Telecommunications Industry. Leadership is great always willing to help especially Trevor Haworth he runs a tight ship letting you know what he expects from you.

      Cons

      Logix Communications footprint for True Fiber Optics is small so you really need to luck out sometimes on finding a location that hasn't already been pitched. Also only Fiber Optics is sold they should at least be selling PBX systems as well.

      Title says it all. Training is decent but again read the title. Yes they size you up in training. Treat sales people like children. Call xx people. Bring in all biz cards minimum per day calls vary and 15 cards every afternoon. The CRM system is worthless for sales. Can't access from the field, can't print anything from it. CEO is paranoid sales people will steal the info. Uh screenshots anyone??
