Flexible schedule. You aren't stuck to an office all day . Trips if you get to that level . Not many more pros they want me to write twenty words

Cons

Culture is terrible . The salary is for a college kid with no family or bills . They tell you about lots of money to be made and they give you know real leads or sources . You use all your own materials . Phone , car and computer .

Schedule is flexible, now reps can work in the field with their laptops. Salaries recently increased, fiber pricing is more competitive

Cons

The comp plan is great for sales reps who care more about salary versus sales commissions. New higher quotas are unattainable and commissions have been cut in half. New owners are looking for ways to increase revenue, so cutting sales commissions and laying people off are two popular options lately.
