Schedule is flexible, now reps can work in the field with their laptops. Salaries recently increased, fiber pricing is more competitive

Cons

The comp plan is great for sales reps who care more about salary versus sales commissions. New higher quotas are unattainable and commissions have been cut in half. New owners are looking for ways to increase revenue, so cutting sales commissions and laying people off are two popular options lately.

The encouragement and mentorship from superiors is unparalleled. The perks and incentives for sales are amazing. Great training, great products and great people equal success.

Cons

It really takes work to attain success and partake in the benefits offered to the sales team...it is not easy.
