Business Outlook
Pros
Customer service is truly top notch at this company. I have worked at a big company before and the level of customer service does not compare to how good Logix treats its customers. I have never heard or seen so many good things about the level of customer service in regards to a telecommunications company. Good place to get your foot in the door with the telco world.
Cons
Their employees are underpaid based on market value. No tuition reimbursement for subject dealing with day to day operations. They state they do offer it but will find a loophole to deny it.
