      Pros

      Everyone works together to help one another. There's no competition internally of me vs you, we're all here to become the best we can be and by helping others you in return see the same whenever you have a question. Whether it's other sales employees, support, or even C-Level I am comfortable reaching out to whoever can best help me answer a question/reach my goals.

      Cons

      It can be a grind, with being a growing company we don't always have the luxury of a "well-known name" but that makes explaining to people what we do/how we can help more exciting for the right type of sales person.

      -We have serious customers and users who are better at their job because they use Logz.io - great NPS scores and reviews -Culture of hard work and high urgency, backed by a supportive leadership team -Most projects involve willing participants from different departments - lots of teamwork -We have a strong, differentiated message in the market

      -We have a distributed team - some in the office and some remote. I love being remote, but there are some process kinks we need to iron out

      Pay is competitive compared to other Technical Support Roles Close team that helps one another all actively supporting Continuous Learning in many different technologies Unlimited PTO Full Remote with option of in office :)

      Fast paced and can be overwhelming to those not use to start up culture 401k plan is average with no contribution matching
