Pros

in my time at Logz, I’ve never seen a more dysfunctional company. There’s no onboarding. I didn’t receive any guidance when asked pointedly “what I could do better” at the end of every one-on-one. The Head of HR lacks empathy and has 0 talent—she needs to offload her job to contractors. The CEO shoots from the hip and doesn’t listen to anything. He’s a technical brain, not a business brain. Terrible. Don’t do it. Will die on this hill.

Pros

Some truly wonderful people work at this company. I've built relationships that will last a lifetime, even with people I never got a chance to meet in person. Good benefits (100% covered health insurance, unlimited PTO), flexible-ish work schedule.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Terrible leadership team who do not care about their employees. Everyone is replaceable to them (at least that's how it seems from the way they treat us). Scary amount of churn. Lowball salaries, career advancement only for certain people. Sales and marketing are set up for failure. New CMO was brought in late 2021. Says he operates with "radical candor" which is really just code for "bully the existing team, demote/restructure everyone until they leave, and then talk poorly about the people who have left to those who remain''. In my time there, I sat through many of his ranting monologues, including speaking disrespectfully about other members of the company. I never saw any real strategic vision from him, even prior to the multiple marketing departures. What's most surprising is Tomer (CEO) seems fine with losing smart, hard-working people, who deeply care about the company. I had such high hopes when I joined, but leaving was the best decision I've ever made. Want more honest feedback? Reach out on LinkedIn to one of the many, many sales & marketing people who have left over the last 4-6 months.

Pros

Perks and benefits are good.

Cons

First off, there is clearly something fishy going on with the account executive and SDR sales reviews. Most of them were written in March and are oddly close together. Plus there weren’t even the amount of sellers as there are reviews that were created in March. Someone already called them out for being fake, which looks to be the case from my opinion because everything they said is mostly inaccurate. This place is a blender, so much turn over it is almost unbelievable. The turn over especially amongst senior sales leadership and account execrative is abnormal. They are on there 3rd CRO in less then 3 years. They bring in strong leaders that end up staying less then a year and tell all the employs they weren’t a good fit anyways. Each time they bring in a new leader they change the strategy which tells me the hiring teams are bad at recruiting the talent they need or executive leadership has no strategy. No one really know what’s going, but the amount of turnover is damaging to the culture. Once people leave they fluff up existing employees by saying things like “We want to invest in you” or “ Your loyalty will be rewarded.” However, the real problem…….none of the reps are hitting their targets. Not a single one. Clearly this is a company that is in a lot of trouble.
