Where do I even begin? Terrible leadership team who do not care about their employees. Everyone is replaceable to them (at least that's how it seems from the way they treat us). Scary amount of churn. Lowball salaries, career advancement only for certain people. Sales and marketing are set up for failure.
New CMO was brought in late 2021. Says he operates with "radical candor" which is really just code for "bully the existing team, demote/restructure everyone until they leave, and then talk poorly about the people who have left to those who remain''. In my time there, I sat through many of his ranting monologues, including speaking disrespectfully about other members of the company. I never saw any real strategic vision from him, even prior to the multiple marketing departures.
What's most surprising is Tomer (CEO) seems fine with losing smart, hard-working people, who deeply care about the company. I had such high hopes when I joined, but leaving was the best decision I've ever made.
