      Pros

      Top notch engineering. The technology is a real big data stuff, processing billions of logs every day sizing in tens to TBs a day - big challenge. The atmosphere is awesome - great people, amazing office and very nice TLV views. Lots of fun, relaxed and light atmosphere.

      Cons

      company is mid size, so making a personal impact is a bit more challenging (but possible!)
