      Great vibes, the company knows how to treat their employees! We work hard but know how to have fun as well.

      Cons

      As with any startup, many changes are happening constantly and you need to know how to keep up with the pace and quickly adjust accordingly!

      -We have serious customers and users who are better at their job because they use Logz.io - great NPS scores and reviews -Culture of hard work and high urgency, backed by a supportive leadership team -Most projects involve willing participants from different departments - lots of teamwork -We have a strong, differentiated message in the market

      Cons

      -We have a distributed team - some in the office and some remote. I love being remote, but there are some process kinks we need to iron out

      Pros

      It is great working at a company that relies on PLG (Product led-growth) that grows every quarter with direct contact with our customers. It is great place to be with a company which is growing fast and not a huge corporate every employee has the ability to make a huge impact.

      Cons

      The product is for developers and requires many technical skills, it is not for everyone.
