      Pros

      Being with Logz.io for a while now, I already switched a couple of roles and now I'm managing a team. It's very important to the management to invest in the employee's careers and needs. Other than that, the people are great, and the company adjusted very well to Covid times and still feels like it's growing and competitive.

      Cons

      Logz is still a startup, and it feels like some processes are still not fluent and well-defined. In some departments, the lack of proper onboarding is felt.
