      * I love the people on my team * Flexible remote work (you can even work from out of the country for some time if you want) * Learning new technologies all the time * Contributing to open source projects

      Cons

      * You need to be independent, most of the time you will need to solve problems that other people in the company never faced before (Not for everybody)
