      Great People, High potential company

      Pros

      There are some amazing folks working here. Smart, dedicated, team players. The Product has huge potential. Stellar new Sales hires past couple of months. It's ours to win. Starting to gradually move back to office which helps with culture a lot.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized, feels still like a small SU in the makings. Could use better alignment between Marketing and Sales.

      Pros

      in my time at Logz, I’ve never seen a more dysfunctional company. There’s no onboarding. I didn’t receive any guidance when asked pointedly “what I could do better” at the end of every one-on-one. The Head of HR lacks empathy and has 0 talent—she needs to offload her job to contractors. The CEO shoots from the hip and doesn’t listen to anything. He’s a technical brain, not a business brain. Terrible. Don’t do it. Will die on this hill.
