Pros
Great office culture where you can make a personal impact. The company is growing and with that came additional opportunities including a trip to visit the Tel Aviv office. The office has catered lunch on Wednesday and the kitchen is stocked with snacks. Co-workers are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration among the whole team.
Cons
It takes forever for funding for certain tools to be approved, meaning team members are responsible for metrics without having the means of achieving them. Processes are sometimes implemented with very little information given on how to actually accomplish them.
