      Pros

      LCS is a great place to work if you like the small business feel with a larger atmosphere. LCS has doubled in size since I started and will continue to grow, so there are many opportunities. Most of the time managers will listen and seriously consider input from employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes life work balance can be an issue. Many people work extra hours, and some of the time it seems to go unnoticed. It would also be nice to see better health insurance benefits.

      Pros

      Great teams and great community at the workplace. Working with like minded people and teams all working towards the same goal is very rewarding. You feel closely integrated within the company through meetings with people all the way up to our CEO. The company feels like it cares about all of us. Great positive atmosphere and benefits to go along with our work. I'm even excited for our new building next year!

      Cons

      Paid time off blackouts are a bit annoying, but understandable. Opportunities for advancement exist but are small or department moves. Moving up the chain into management or other responsibilities doesn't seem to happen often. Aside from that no major complaints, this has been a great company to work for.

      Pros

      LCS is a great company to work for. There is lots to work on, lots to learn and feels great to be a part of the team of dedicated people who thrive to deliver great products and to keep the customers happy. My technical skills have enhanced beyond imagination after working here. I feel that the work gets noticed very well and management knows how much hard work you are putting in. Team members are great too and help you develop your technical skills each day you come to LCS. I am proud to be the part of LCS and I recommend highly that anyone interested in doing some great coding and who is interested in delivering quality software can join our team!

      I have been happy at LCS and don't have anything to note under "Cons" section.
