Thanks for your review. Our employees have the opportunity to work either full-time in our office or on a hybrid schedule where 50% of their time is in the office and 50% of their time is remote. This is not immoral. This type of flexibility has actually helped us with our recruiting efforts and we have many employees who love having the balance of working from home but also interacting with their co-workers in person.
