Pros

Good benefits and atmosphere. They do try and make it feel like you are wanted and appreciated.

Cons

Nepotism: they have family members or friends in almost every management position. They do not pay fairly when it comes to certain employees or positions. If you want a good wage, you need to be friends with the owners.
