Pros
Employs a lot of family members, half the staff is related in some way. Easy commute.
Cons
Been an employee for more than 7 years and this is the worst it has ever been. Senior leaders are leaving in droves, there is no accountability and anyone who tries to promote a culture of accountability is driven out. Quality teams make poor decisions and lack knowledge as anyone with experience has left the company. Moral is low and everyone is seeking a new job out of this horrible place. HR is proud that the pay and benefits are not competitive with the Boston area instead they promote a reverse commute as compensation for paying significantly less.
