      Pros

      Lonza has an emphasis on recruiting young scientific talent making the workplace a very fun place to be. Emphasis is on training and development and they see all employees as long term, so job security is not an issue

      Cons

      Management is perhaps sometimes too "hands off", you need to schedule frequent meetings to get feedback on your work.
