      Good benefits. Good shifts available. Co- workers were great.

      Cons

      Simply put, they are only interested in profit. I was told by my manager once that the company considered the employees as necessary evils. Upper management is almost completely uninvolved with the local workers. Some middle management is great, some poor. But all middle management has no power to change company policy. At one time it was a good place to work and you were respected and appreciated. Now? You're just a number. Most all of the motivated and intelligent workers have left the company.
