      Salary decent, especially with the shift bonus.

      Cons

      - lack of growth opportunities within the company - the company does not value employees and is fine with having a high turnover - the work is very repetitive and very boring. Yet they insist on having college-educated people to fill operator positions (at least in the project I was in) - management engages in favouritism - management has no development plan for employees. I have not had a single one-to-one with anybody from management - management has poor communication skills - the shift schedule is the worst any company has. No one is happy about it, but nothing is done to change this, and copy shift patterns of other companies
