Pros

some of the coworkers were good people. they dont deserve the crap management gives them.

Cons

poor management. allows harrassment in the workplace, too much favoritism to workers who don't really work and harrassment to the ones that work hard. A lot of turn over because of the morning lead, supervisor and manager. I was personally harassed, reported it repeatedly and nothing was done about it. supervisors and managers and the lead just lie to cover it up. one of their drivers also damaged an employee's car and the company refuses to pay for it to be fix. It's their drivers fault, they should show responsibility, honesty, and integrity and fix it. the most disappointing part is the lack of honesty and integrity in the company. you should all be ashamed of yourselves for falsely representing to the public.

Pros

There are no pros I can think of.

Cons

You are treated as robots. The supervisors tend to have terrible attitudes and no experience when dealing with workers. The pay scale is very low. Average start is 10 dollars. They advertise 12 to 14 but no one there makes that kind of money. You never have a quitting time therefore you have no family time. They don't care about any of your personal issues, cares or concerns. They are very unappreciative and rude to their employees. Stress levels are out the roof and totally not worth it. It is poorly managed and the turn over is incredibly high. I would NOT recommend working for Loomis. And advancement? What's that?

Pros

The current employees are nice. The department I worked in was flexible on work schedule.

Cons

Antiquated. They seem to be stuck in a technology rut and have no interest in getting out of it. Suggestions are shot down and the morale is low. There are compliance issues that no one is held accountable for. One result of these things is unnecessary labor. Which is essentially wasting the company's dime. And it seems that no one is watching that either.
