Fairly quick hiring, full benefits, paid holidays and sick time, outside work, decent pay 20.50 - 23.54 to start.

Cons

Disorganized, Bad Communication, Erratic and Changing Schedule, Lack of Accountability at all levels, Employees not empowered to lead, No Leadership, Lack of training, No plan for advancement into leadership roles, no rank structured, Employer places too much risk on employees by lack of sufficient crew member assignment, work / home life balance is not respected, long long long hours frequently 15 plus hrs per day.

No organization. The training is a joke. The gun class is even worse. Prisoners have more freedom. Ac barely works. Vehicles are old and something is always wrong with them.
