Pros

It's money if you need it and a place to work if a person is unemployed. If your a girl you don't have to wear a uniform or work the dangerous positions. ;)

Cons

The hours suck. Our office is in a drug infested gang ridden neighborhood where SWAT busts a house on our street once a month like clock work. Our building smells like cat urine and sewage. The route guys are jerks all though they do have miserable jobs. I would hate to work in those coffins all day and "oh my god" the exhaust! Now i hear there's a union starting but we're not invited WTF. Seriously guys stay away from this place your life will be better for never have known.

it's a job that pays a low wage and in today's world more population less work

Cons

base pay is $11.10 every year you get a 20 cent raise if you actually get it dead end a/c doesn't work heater doesn't work no profit sharing no Christmas bonus no overtime unless you get over 60 hrs a week slave labor unsafe trucks don't work nobody has your back drama like high school only snitches get moved up 50% turn over rate

The only Pro is that it can help boost your resume because of the responsibility and security it demands.

Cons

Leadership consistently does not listen to employees' concerns. Unbelievable low pay considering the dangers involved. High turnover rate and management does nothing to fill positions so workload gets stacked on to a short staffed environment.
