The pay rate is decent

Cons

They don't let you leave until they are done giving you work. You can work 10 or more hours and still be given extra work. You have to pick up the slack of others, while they continue working slowly and nothing is done about it. You have to pretty much dedicate your life to this place or be terminated for not wanting to be treated like a child.

Some coworkers are great. Pay is high for this area (but not high enough for the amount of work you have to do)

Cons

Everything else Managers are terrible. Zero work life balance. Favoritism is rampant. Overworked 24/7. Physically demanding for little reward. Attendance is low because people are getting burnt out so they call off which strained everyone else so then they call off but management refuses to hire more people until it's too late!
