      The only Pro is that it can help boost your resume because of the responsibility and security it demands.

      Cons

      Leadership consistently does not listen to employees' concerns. Unbelievable low pay considering the dangers involved. High turnover rate and management does nothing to fill positions so workload gets stacked on to a short staffed environment.

      Pros

      plenty of hours, little or no experience required. The jobs to be performed are simple and easy to learn. This makes it great for college students, veterans, those looking to find jobs without a lot of experience.

      Cons

      hours are very long. Really long. At times I was averaging close to 50 hours a week. Pay is not on par for what you would expect in this industry. You are required to carry a weapon, and potentially risk your life in the event of a robbery, so the pay could be higher
