Constantly changing your days off with out prior notification makes it hard to plan anything in advance. Zero chance for advancement within the company. Worn out/obsolete equipment. Lack of any real leadership from supervisors, all they are interested in is that you bring your route in on time, regardless of the size of your route or problems you may encounter along the way. There are just too many to continue listing here!
