Decent pay if it's actually correct and not predicted

Cons

Long hours starting from 3 or 4am, unreliastic expectations, no breaks, sweaty and smelly dirty work, equipment never works, lack of communication, no social life, full of dirty snitches, rosters aren't managed properly you end up working 6,7,8,9 days in a row breaking all legal rules, if you want to feel depression then take this job
