      Pros

      Hourly pay is just ok for a nonexpert job, even though you have to work too hard, too long shift, and take risks to be physically attacked anytime for this by the robbers.

      Cons

      Unbelievably poor branch management for an international organization of this size. Favoritism, racism, ugly politics, backstabbing, all there. Management is double-faced, the team has no idea of good management.
