      Pros

      Great exposure to working in financial industry, learned many aspects of counting, and working with large amounts of currency, work day moved quickly

      Cons

      Management expects much with little training, procedures changed frequently making it difficult to grasp what is required which can lead to costly mistakes; on-going training was minimal

      Pros

      Road crew are a great bunch, you have got a free hand on how to do the route and its physical so keeps you fit.

      Cons

      long days with little chance of a break, draconian working practices with H/O management telling you to do it one way and branch management telling you to do it another. H/O management seem to be over the top control freaks with no mobile phone policy no contact with home, and even disabled the phone function on the pda.
