      Work keeps you busy and is satisfying

      Cons

      Horrible management. H.R. absolutely favorites employees in "the click" over others. Hires supervision that is unexperienced and harrasses employees. Hires anyone just to fill vacancy with no experience and gives very poor training. Allows harrassment from co workers with nothing done making workers feel left out and alone and unappreciated.

      Pros

      Pay is fairly good. Vacation time at 1 year goes to a week.

      Cons

      Can't eat, listen to music, be anywhere near your phone, can't be idle at all, even when everything is running. The people that sit all day are even talking about taking chairs off production floors.
